Our Story

How one founder's personal struggle became
a medical innovation that is changing lives.

How the Journey to Create the Phobe Fighter™
Came About

In 2014 Phobe Solutions Inc. founder Jim Gilmore, having not been able to attend many prior MRI scan appointments as a result of Anxiety and Claustrophobia, finally had to resort to attending his scan procedure at the only hospital within five surrounding states that offered General Anesthesia to those who suffer from Pre Medical Procedure Anxiety™ and worst of all, at 100% his own out of pocket cost in doing so too.

Adding to the embarrassment of not being able to get through those prior scan procedures, resulting in having to hire an anesthesiologist to wheel their entire equipment and systems into a scan room only added to the anxiety as well.

As Gilmore would be required to attend several more scans in the future, he decided to build a simple contraption that he might be able to train within and did so from purchasing new, unused sewage leach field parts.

Gilmore conducted four 15-minute sessions by rolling himself into and under the half round plastic corrugated sewage system and doing so each day for four continuous days leading up to the day of his actual scheduled MRI procedure.

Gilmore also did a quick 7-minute training on the day of and just before leaving his home to attend his actual originally scheduled scan as well.

The Surprising Result of Having Conducted Mock MRI Training Sessions

Remarkably, when attending his real MRI scan procedure, just like that, he walked right in, laid on the patient table, was placed inside the bore tube and with zero issues in doing so, completing his entire scan uninterrupted and with complete ease.

Not long after, in 2016, Gilmore had dinner with his longtime Pain Management doctor and friend who, upon hearing Gilmore explain how he got through his scan anxiety and claustrophobia, suggested that Gilmore might want to look into developing his idea into a utility type product that could be manufactured and sold to the medical industry.

A suggestion Gilmore himself had also been thinking over, ever since that successful scan completion.

So, in late 2019 and after Gilmore put his concept to paper he then put together an initial funding and road show, having set up four Pitch Deck meetings in as many cities in the process. But Gilmore only had to attend the very first meeting, which he had been told he would only be given one hour of the individual's time in which to present.

Gilmore would end up staying two full days and never actually making it to his remaining three potential investor pitch meetings, as the first person he had met wanted to become involved.

By 2020 the medical product/s idea began to take shape over that of the earlier temporary solution and Gilmore began to work full-time on only the Phobia Anxiety Alleviation methods and products.

By 2023, the first of three Phobe Alleviation Training models had been concept proven and with a marketable utility version fully designed by late 2024, in that of the Phobe Fighter ™ Hospital & Scan Center, (HSC).

With completed production ready drawings, the Medical entity was carved from a holding company into its own entity and in December 2024, Phobia Solutions Inc was established.

Thereafter, work began on two additional and completely different versions of the Phobe Fighter ™ in that of the Physicians Private Practice, (PPP) and Medical Home Delivery Rental, (MHDR) models, as our research had concluded that these three separate market sectors within the medical industry were the perfect fit!

Equity for Work Performed Agreements

After having paid cash to any / all vendors involved from idea commencement, on up to December 2025, the top two subcontractors we had been using, in that of Product Design and Software Creation approached us, asking if they could be paid from here on out, in stock and not in cash, noting that their own research had been done for sometime and having concluded that the products we have created truly solve a very big problem within the medical industry, in that of patients who suffer from Medical Anxiety and Claustrophobia as it applies to attending not just Closed and Open MRI, but that of almost all types of medical scan procedures offered today as well.

As a result, in mid 2025, Equity for Work Performed Contract Agreements were created, accepted and signed by two of our largest vendor partners located in Birmingham Alabama and San Francisco California.

The current Phobia Solutions corporate attorney has also elected to receive PSI stock in exchange for services rendered as well.

Upon completion of the Private Placement Round, Phobia Solutions will be in a position to begin production, marketing, sales and the delivery and placement of the PSI, Phobe Fighter ™ and Phobe Trainer ™ product line throughout the American Medical Market and beyond.

Exit Strategy

We feel it important to point out that, by corporate design, the exit strategy for this investment to and on behalf of Phobia Solutions Inc, its products and intellectual protection program is five years, from the date of commencement of production.

A multi state distributor that Phobia Solutions Inc has lined up to sell all PSI products, has themselves mentioned the possibility of wanting to purchase the company and would like to discuss further, following the issuance of patents.

Likewise, one of the "Big Five" in that of one of the major international imaging equipment manufacturers, has also made us aware that they may have interest in a purchase. This, culminating purely by happenstance after Gilmore had sat next to an executive on an overseas flight resulting in a, "What do you do for a living," type discussion.
