Grant of License
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names, slogans, methodologies, designs, and intellectual property listed within this notice (collectively, the "PSI Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Phobia Solutions Inc. and/or Jaymes Gilmore, GilmoreMade. No license, permission, or right of use is granted to any third party, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly stated in a written agreement executed by an authorized officer of Phobia Solutions Inc.
Permitted Use — Authorized Partners
Licensed distributors, medical facilities, hospitals, scan centers, private practices, Medical Home Delivery companies, and other authorized partners may use the PSI Intellectual Property solely in connection with the authorized sale, rental, distribution, training, and promotion of Phobe Fighter ™ products and services, and only in strict accordance with the terms of their executed license or distribution agreement with Phobia Solutions Inc.
Prohibited Use
No individual or entity may use, reproduce, copy, imitate, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any PSI Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of Phobia Solutions Inc. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using any PSI trademark or trade name in a domain name, keyword, advertising, social media handle, product name, or service name; creating confusingly similar marks, designs, or slogans; using PSI Intellectual Property in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Phobia Solutions Inc. where none exists; or using PSI Intellectual Property in connection with any product, service, or content that is not an authorized Phobe Fighter ™ product or service.
Quality Control
All authorized use of PSI Intellectual Property is subject to the quality control standards of Phobia Solutions Inc. Phobia Solutions Inc. reserves the right to inspect, review, and approve any and all materials bearing PSI Intellectual Property prior to and during their use. Failure to maintain the quality standards established by Phobia Solutions Inc. shall result in immediate termination of any license or permission to use the PSI Intellectual Property.
Trademark Notice Requirements
All authorized users of PSI Intellectual Property must display the appropriate trademark symbol (™, ®, or ℠) and attribution notice in connection with each use of a PSI trademark, service mark, or trade name, in accordance with the guidelines provided by Phobia Solutions Inc. The correct attribution is: "[Trademark] is a trademark of Phobia Solutions Inc. and/or Jaymes Gilmore, GilmoreMade."
Enforcement
Phobia Solutions Inc. actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of any PSI Intellectual Property constitutes trademark infringement, unfair competition, and may also constitute false designation of origin under applicable federal and state laws. Phobia Solutions Inc. will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctions, damages, and attorney's fees, against any party that infringes upon its intellectual property rights.
Licensing Inquiries
Parties interested in obtaining a license to use any PSI Intellectual Property, or parties seeking permission for any use not expressly authorized herein, must contact Phobia Solutions Inc. in writing. All licensing inquiries should be directed to the compliance team at compliance@PhobeFighter.com.

No Waiver
Failure by Phobia Solutions Inc. to enforce any provision of this notice or to act against any instance of infringement shall not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy, nor shall it preclude Phobia Solutions Inc. from taking action against any future or ongoing infringement of the same or any other PSI Intellectual Property.
Updates to This Notice
Phobia Solutions Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Intellectual Property Protection and Licensing Notice at any time and without prior notice. Additional trademarks, service marks, trade names, slogans, methodologies, and intellectual property not yet listed herein are still claimed and protected by Phobia Solutions Inc. and/or Jaymes Gilmore, GilmoreMade. The absence of a specific item from this notice does not constitute a waiver or abandonment of any intellectual property right.
