Phobia Solutions Inc. is a medical device company headquartered in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, dedicated to alleviating Pre Medical Procedure Anxiety™ and ScanPhobia™ in patients who experience anxiety and claustrophobia in connection with MRI scans and other medical imaging procedures.

Our product line — the Phobe Fighter™ and Phobe Trainer™ — includes three models designed for distinct medical market segments:

• **Hospital & Scan Center (HSC)** — For use within hospital and imaging facility environments. • **Physician's Private Practice (PPP)** — For use in private medical office settings. • **Medical Home Delivery & Rental (MHDR)** — For patient home use on a rental basis.

The products described on this Site are currently in pre-production. Availability is subject to completion of manufacturing, regulatory review, and distribution agreements.

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jackson County, Mississippi, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section shall prevent Phobia Solutions Inc. from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
